Addiction is a bio-psycho-social disease affecting the brain. When activated, neurobiologic imbalances result in loss of control over substance use and cravings. Medications such as Suboxone (buprenorphine/ naloxone) and Vivitrol (naltrexone) help restore some of these imbalances in the brain, resulting in decreased craving and improved mental clarity. This enables the patient to fully engage in the recovery process and reap the benefits of psycho-social support.

Dr. Seikel develops comprehensive treatment plans that may include medication management, counseling, group therapy, psychiatric care and relapse prevention. All services are provided confidentially and discreetly, in the privacy of her office in downtown Orlando.
